Implementation Consultant

Overview

In this role you will work closely with clients to understand and improve their planning processes using ORTEC’s optimization software. You will join cross-functional teams on projects ranging from three months to over a year, driving continuous improvement and tangible impact for diverse industries with a focus on German healthcare. You will engage in client-facing activities, guide implementations, and help tailor solutions to client needs, contributing to ORTEC Germany’s growth and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on, client-centric role with opportunities to influence go-to-market strategy and collaborate with international colleagues.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Guide clients from design through go-live within project teams
• Participate in client meetings to analyze planning processes and capture requirements
• Engage stakeholders to gain comprehensive insight into client needs
• Advise customers using best practices to support decision-making
• Implement and configure ORTEC applications and modules across tasks aligned with your interests
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning processes
• Discuss market requirements and trends to evolve the solution and go-to-market approach
