Senior Supervisor Pricing Strategy (m/f/d)

Overview

In this role you drive pricing strategy and transformational projects within Medtronic’s Germany-based Commercial Operations & Transformation team. You act as a strategic partner to Operating Units and key stakeholders to improve pricing performance and transparency, while guiding a multidisciplinary team. The role combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable business impact across the organization. You will lead cross-functional projects, foster collaboration, and advance digitalization of pricing processes.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Develop and implement pricing strategies with Operating Units and commercial stakeholders
• Act as strategic partner translating market, customer, and financial insights into actionable recommendations
• Establish pricing transparency via KPIs, analytics, dashboards, and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing performance, profitability, and stakeholder experience
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation including process simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team with clear priorities and outcomes
• Build relationships across Operating Units, Finance, Pricing, Contracting, and governance forums

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a comparable discipline
• Several years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial excellence, finance, strategy, or related field
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in a matrix organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to translate data into recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills including influencing without formal authority
• Fluent English and professional German language skills
• Previous people-leadership experience
• Desirable: knowledge of pricing, contracting, tendering, reimbursement, or rebate management; experience in medical technology or regulated industries; advanced Microsoft Excel or Power BI; exposure to workflow automation or digital transformation
