Join us on our growth path and apply for the position of:Your tasks:As Corporate Communications Manager, you will lead the global communications activities of the Güntner Group and help strengthen our corporate culture, reputation, employer brand, and act as innovation leader worldwide. You will develop clear and compelling messages that connect our employees, position Güntner externally, and ensure a consistent brand experience across markets and communication channels.Develop and execute Güntner’s global communications strategy across internal and external communications, employer branding, and social mediaCreate compelling content and storytelling that strengthens our brand, corporate culture, and market presenceManage and continuously develop key communication channels, including the intranet, social media platforms, and leadership communicationsDrive employer branding initiatives that help attract, engage, and retain talented employeesManage media relations, PR activities, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen Güntner’s reputation and visibilitySupport executive communications and develop clear, consistent messaging for internal and external audiencesCollaborate closely with Marketing, HR, Legal, Sales, IT, leadership teams, and regional stakeholdersCoordinate external agencies, media contacts, partners, and other service providers as requiredMeasure the effectiveness of communication activities, report relevant results, and continuously improve engagement and impactYour skills:With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Studies, Event Management or a comparable discipline.
