Job Summary Investment Analyst – Real Estate Private EquityLocation: Düsseldorf, GermanyThe Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our Real Estate Private Equity team in Düsseldorf, supporting the evaluation, execution, and management of real estate investments.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse real estate investment opportunities and conduct financial modelling and valuations.Support acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction execution.Prepare investment memoranda and investment committee presentations.Conduct market research and support portfolio management.RequirementsExcellent academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.Native-level or Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.Previous internship experience in investment banking or at a top-tier private equity firm – mandatory.Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.Experience in real estate private equity, M&A, or real estate investment banking is highly desirable.Strong work ethic, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
