Close to 10.000 dedicated employees in more than 70 countries share one common goal - to ensure that millions of people around the world enjoy the products created by us.We strive to inspire and empower our employees in everything we do, and we invite you to join our team – together WE BRING IDEAS TO LIFE.Your roleDriving the setup and further development of a group-wide sourcing business partnering function from headquarters across all continents and sourcing categoriesContributing to strategic initiatives and advising the Group CPO in close collaboration with the Sourcing Excellence functionFurther developing the steering concept for the global sourcing organizationEnhancing existing data models and reporting architecture along the Source-to-Pay process, with a strong focus on digitalization and new technologies such as SAP SAC, SAP BW and CelonisMonitoring and analyzing strategic and operational targets to support effective decision-makingSupporting the optimization of demand and inventoryManaging, validating and driving key sourcing savings projects across the organizationSupporting the annual planning and target-setting process for sourcing KPIs, including but not limited to material cost, sourcing savings, payment terms and supplier performanceYour profileSuccessfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable fieldStrong understanding of controlling as a key driver of business performance, ideally combined with more than 5 years of relevant professional experienceProven experience acting as a business partner in an international corporate environmentPractical experience with controlling and procurement tools such as SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, SAP Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud, Celonis and Excel would be an advantageStrong analytical skills, quick comprehension and excellent communication abilitiesEnthusiasm for working in an international team environmentFluent English skills and good German language skillsAs an employer, we offer:Work with passion:We foster a culture where you can act with heart and mind, take pride in your work and inspire others through positivity and commitment.
