Junior Business Development Consultant - Recruitment (m/w/d)

About the role

NonStop Consulting is a recruitment consultancy in central Berlin with offices across Europe. We've recently moved into a larger office and are growing our team. As a Consultant, you'll learn the full recruitment cycle, from winning clients to placing candidates.

Most of your day is spent on the phone with clients and candidates. Not every conversation leads to a result, and you'll need to keep going after a "no".

Your responsibilities

• Win new clients and build long-term B2B relationships
• Identify and approach candidates and guide them through the process
• Negotiate with clients and candidates and close placements
• Build your own specialist market and client portfolio over time

Compensation

• €35,700 gross annual fixed salary (average earnings of €60,000 first year and over €100,000 for seasoned consultants)
• Uncapped commission on your placements
• Further progression, including leadership responsibility, based on performance
