Its projects go beyond traditional system implementations, combining SAP SuccessFactors with modern integration technologies, automation and AI-driven HR solutions.This is an opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to take ownership of customer projects, work across complex HR landscapes and contribute to the development of innovative HR solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management implementation and transformation projects.Advise customers on HR processes, system architecture, solution design and best practices.Configure and optimise SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off and Time Tracking.Analyse existing HR and time management processes and translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Payroll and third-party applications.Conduct customer workshops, solution demonstrations and training sessions.Manage implementation activities including configuration, testing, data migration, go-live and post-implementation support.Support application management, release management and continuous system improvements.Collaborate with project managers, developers and other SAP consultants to deliver integrated HR solutions.Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, mentoring and the development of consulting best practices.Your ProfileSeveral years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, ideally within a consulting or implementation environment.Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, Time Off or Time Tracking.Experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementation or transformation projects.Good understanding of HR master data, time management, payroll processes and HR system integrations.Ability to manage customer requirements independently and translate them into effective SAP solutions.Experience conducting workshops and communicating with business and IT stakeholders.SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central and/or Time Management would be advantageous.Interest in emerging HR technologies, automation and AI.Strong communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.German and English language skills at B2 level or above.What’s on OfferPermanent opportunity with an established SAP HR technology consultancy.Flexible hybrid working arrangements.Exposure to complex SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects.Opportunity to work across Employee Central, Time Management and wider SAP HR technologies.Involvement in modern HR technology initiatives, including automation and AI-driven solutions.Collaborative, interdisciplinary consulting teams.Structured onboarding and mentoring.Professional development, technical training and certification opportunities.Modern technology and a flexible working environment.Opportunity to influence solution design, contribute ideas and take ownership of customer projects.Interested?If you have experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and enjoy working on challenging HR transformation projects, we'd be interested in speaking with you.For a confidential discussion about the opportunity, please get in touch.Ben Weaver SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Recruitment Consultant Next Ventures
