Job Title – Poultry Farm Relief Manager

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in poultry farming, livestock management, or a related agricultural field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a substitute or relief farm manager across multiple poultry farm locations within an assigned region.
  

• Monitor animal health and ensure compliance with animal welfare standards and regulations.
  

• Handle, care for, and manage poultry livestock to maintain optimal health and productivity.
  

• Inspect, monitor, and maintain poultry housing equipment and farm machinery.
  

• Operate and manage climate control systems, ventilation, and automated feeding systems.
  

• Maintain accurate farm-related documentation, operational records, and livestock reports.
  

• Ensure compliance with farm hygiene standards, biosecurity protocols, and infection prevention measures.
  

• Support daily farm operations and ensure smooth functioning across assigned locations.
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in poultry farming, livestock management, or a related agricultural field.
  

• Willingness to work as a relief manager across different farm locations within the assigned region.
  

• Practical experience in handling farm animals or poultry livestock.
  

• Basic technical knowledge of poultry housing systems, farm equipment, and climate control systems.
  

• Valid Category B driving licence.
  

• German language proficiency at A2 level.
  

• Willingness to work on weekends and travel between different farm locations.
