The Lead Pega Decisioning Architect serves as the senior-most strategist and technical authority for Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) . This role designs advanced decisioning frameworks, oversees quality delivery, guides client strategy, and ensures alignment between business outcomes and decisioning logic.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Decisioning Architecture
- Define omnichannel decisioning architecture across inbound, outbound, paid media, and call center channels
- Architect action hierarchies, NBA strategies, engagement policies, propensity models, and arbitration frameworks
- Design CDH data models, real-time containers, and interaction history patterns
Technical Leadership
Lead architects and decisioning developersEnsure standards, reusable components, and long-term maintainabilityCoach client teams on CDH best practices and governanceIntegration & Data Design
Drive API, event-stream, and batch integration patternsOversee required data ingestion for eligibility, prioritization, arbitration, and AI modelsClient Engagement & Strategy
Conduct solution workshops; map business KPIs to CDH featuresRecommend technical / design options aligned with enterprise architecture and marketing strategyRequired Skills & Experience
10+ years in marketing technology / decisioning / CRM platforms5+ years hands-on with Pega CDHStrong Java / J2EE and system integration experienceProficiency in database design, REST / SOAP, and machine learning conceptsStrong consulting and executive advisory skillsPreferred / Certifications
