As an experienced Plant Finance Manager you will offer exceptional strategic and operational financial leadership at our Wuppertal site. This position presents an outstanding opportunity to engage with innovative individuals and generate a significant impact!

A Day in the Life

• Deliver strategic and operational financial oversight to the Wuppertal Plant team and Plant Director
• Lead plant financial scorecard management continuous improvement initiatives inventory / production analysis and other financial decisions
• Coordinate weekly monthly quarterly and annual processes including month-end close and costing activities
• Collaborate with business segments and Global Supply Chain to support investment financial return analysis
• Analyze plant spend and identify efficiency improvement opportunities
• Measure and assess plant performance regularly to drive corrective actions
• Develop understanding of financial impacts from sales volume mix and supply planning dynamics
• Monitor external economic factors to support plant management decisions
• Standardize reporting processes and ensure compliance to Global Financial Standards and Statutory requirements
