Senior Accountant – Securitization, Work Life Balance

We are currently collaborating with a PFS based in the city Center, that is seeking for a Senior Accountant who will be part of a team composed of around 20 people . We are proud to have a strong relationship with our partner, and we are sure that the structure will offer you a very healthy environment if you would like to work in a modern and pleasant structure. Location wise, if you are a cross-border worker or Luxembourgish resident wishing to enjoy free public transport and take the train, tram or bus, this will be in an excellent location for you.

Furthermore, the PFS offers high-quality services to all of its clients, which allows the structure to easily develop its portfolio and reputation in Luxembourg. Today, the PFS assists primarily financial clients such as SOPARFI , Holdings and Securitization vehicles.

The fiduciary is a human-sized company and would like to continue in this way. Indeed, they do not want to become a large service provider in Luxembourg and would like to keep their family atmosphere for the next few years. As a result, and the fact that overtime is very limited, the teams are also very stable and departures here are rare. You will be surrounded by some colleagues who have worked here for over 5 or even 10 years and who will be happy to help you integrate well in the team, and to familiarize yourself with the organization and internal processes.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant – Fiduciary – Luxembourg – Finance - PFS

The Senior Accountant will take on the daily accounting from A to Z .
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for your own portfolio composed of SOPARFI / Holdings and Securitization vehicles.
You will be the main point of contact for all of your clients and will answer all questions regarding tax, VAT and accounting matters.
As a Senior Accountant, you may be asked to review the work of Junior Accountants and provide them with support when they need it.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Accountant – Fiduciary – Luxembourg – Finance - PFS

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial service provider in Luxembourg (PFS, Fiduciary or a Big Four).

You are able to demonstrate stability in your career as this is something that the Partner is mindful about.

English is required for this position. German would be a considerable plus.

You have acquired experience with securitization vehicles.

If you have had the opportunity to work on an accounting software such as BOB50, Demasy or ViewPoint, it will be considered as a real plus.
