What you`ll do
Summary :
A Business Analyst plays a crucial role in an organization, acting as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions. Their primary responsibility is to analyze business processes, identify requirements, and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. In summary, a business analyst serves as a critical liaison between business and technology, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional solutions. They play a strategic role in driving business improvements, optimizing processes, and supporting the successful implementation of projects.
The Role :
- Transform the existing commercialization and provisioning processes into a state-of-the-art automated delivery process for our customers – starting with our Cloud products
- Introduce our cloud product, Entitlement Management System (EMS), to the internal worlds of SAP
- Collect, analyze and mature business requirements as well as transform and document them into features, which can be discussed with and implemented by our development team
- Be responsible for the feature from creation until Go Live, including testing and accepting the final increment
- Be an expert on how the supported deal motions are flowing E2E across different systems such as Digital Store, CPQ, CRM, EMS, BTP and SAP for Me
- Share knowledge, expertise and new ideas / innovations
- Be part of the EMS journey together with our Development and Operation team
