As a Coordinator for Warehouse and Shipping Processes (m / w / d) based in Mühlacker, you will play a key role in organizing and streamlining the flow of goods within our logistics operations.

Your responsibilities :

• Coordinating the movement and storage of goods using various warehouse equipment including forklifts
• Managing the timely loading and unloading of delivery trucks while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Conducting thorough inspections of incoming shipments and verifying their accuracy
• Preparing and handling shipping documents such as packing lists and delivery notes
• Overseeing the inventory of loading materials and assisting with the scheduling of raw materials and auxiliary supplies
• Collaborating with the order management team to support customer order fulfillment
• Performing regular stock checks and participating in inventory audits
• Adapting flexibly to diverse tasks within the logistics department
