Your contribution to Prysmian's Success :

We are looking for a System Engineer to join our office in Düsseldorf !

Reporting directly to the Lead System Engineer, you will :

• Create detailed calculations for all materials and services and prepare the technical content to be shared with the customer.
• Support the preparation of formal documentation and design information for the manufacturing of cables, accessories, and cable installation activities.
• Prepare technical documentation for customers and specifications for internal use or subcontractors.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and subcontractors on relevant topics.
• Work on specific aspects that are typically not fully defined during the bidding phase, such as designing special components, defining / coordinating qualification tests, and developing prototypes (optimizing cable and system design to reduce project costs).
• Develop new calculation methods and procedures to determine product and system-related proposals, ensuring that all calculations and work processes comply with the required technical and quality standards and procedures.
