JobDescription :
- Fund structuring, fullcoordination of advisors’ work on legal and taxissues
- Attracting bank and other types offinancing (subsidies, grants) for development of campusreal-estate
- Overlooking Fund financial model asregards potential returns forinvestors
- Accounting, reporting, budgeting, taxplanning, treasury for the fund
- Trackingcompliance with respective rules and regulations (KAGB,etc)
