• Define and maintain ProductAssurance (PA) standards in alignment with customer requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matterswith the customer
• Lead and manage the product assurance teamwithin the project
• Coordinate experts supporting PA tasks acrossthe matrix organization
• Plan and manage quality activities inaccordance with project-specific requirements
• Organize and chairkey PA milestones, including EQSRs (Equipment Qualification StatusReviews), MRRs (Manufacturing Readiness Reviews), IRRs (IntegrationReadiness Reviews), TRRs (Test Readiness Reviews), and QRs(Qualification Reviews)
• Support the planning and execution ofmajor project reviews such as SRRs (System Requirements Reviews),PDRs (Preliminary Design Reviews), CDRs (Critical Design Reviews),MPCBs (Material and Process Control Boards), PCBs (ProductionControl Boards), TRBs (Test Review Boards), ARs (AcceptanceReviews), and DRBs (Delivery Review Boards)
• Develop the projectaudit plan and assist auditors during project audits
• Implementand oversee the non-conformance control process, including theorganization and chairing of project-level Non-conformance ReviewBoards (NRBs) Your Qualifications
• A degree in engineering,physics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years ofprofessional experience, ideally in Product Assurance within thespace industry, or equivalent experience in monitoring domestic andinternational suppliers
• Proven ability to make decisions andeffectively communicate them to suppliers and customers
• Confidence in engaging with customers and building strongrelationships
• Excellent negotiation skills, combined withoutstanding communication abilities
• A high degree of flexibility,responsibility, and a proactive work ethic, with the capability towork independently and in an organized manner
• Fluency in bothwritten and spoken English
• Willingness to travel frequently Wirbieten
