About the Role :
As a Senior Team Lead C# & .NET Develope r, you will lead a team of 5-7 developers in designing complex products that utilize diverse data systems.
You will guide your team in implementing cutting-edge solutions that enhance transparency and streamline information retrieval across various software systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of software solutions using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET .
- Mentor and manage a team of 5-7 developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure transparency across software systems and manage the integration of requirements and planning statuses.
- Develop strategies for quick access to valid cross-domain information for your team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliver impactful solutions.
Your Profile :
- Extensive experience in C# and .NET development, with a strong focus on ASP.NET.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding development teams.
- Familiarity with Angular is a plus, along with knowledge of modern development practices, including Agile methodologies.
- Communication skills in German with English being a plus.
Education Requirements :
A university degree (BA / FH / Uni) in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
