We are a German tour operator specialized in study abroad programs for American, Canadian, and Brazilian university groups to Europe.
As their coordinator, you will support and accompany our overseas student groups during their tours in Europe.
For Spring / Summer 2025, we are looking specifically in these cities :
- Rouen
- Frankfurt am Main
- Freiburg
- Heidelberg
- Munich
- Stuttgart
But feel free to apply for any other major European city as well!
Tasks
Deliver a high level of customer service and traveler satisfactionProvide detailed information about your (native) city and its public transportation system and give suggestions about what to do in the regionTake care of the logistics of the tour e.g. lead the group to the business / cultural visits, airport / train pick-up etc.Orientation walking tour and introduction to the local culture on the arrival dayDeal directly with students’ issues and / or concerns and be their contact person for questions, problems, and emergencies (e.g. seeing a doctor)Requirements
