Project and Approval Manager for Mobile Network Expansion
Job Description
Our client, a global construction and real estate company, is recruiting a Project and Approval Manager for Mobile Network Expansion to join their project in Germany.
Responsibilities :
Supervision of building permit procedures for mobile communications masts from preparation to submission of the building application
Coordination and control of individual mast construction projects
Creation of new projects, database maintenance and regular project reporting
Deadline and schedule control
Continuous monitoring and improvement of established processes
Obtaining quotations for contract implementation and communication with contractors
Qualifications :
Completed studies in civil engineering, environmental planning, architecture or landscape planning or an apprenticeship as a draftsman / civil engineer (or similar) or relevant professional experience in the mobile communications / construction industry
Ideally experience in cooperation with authorities
Good knowledge and experience in project management
Assertiveness and communication skills
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Fluent German and English (written and spoken )
