WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Supporting Customers with the help of our Premium Service offerings, to solve complex issues and challenges during their transformation journeys and invent new ways of providing scalable solutions to our top customers
- Full software development cycle focusing on design, coding, testing, automation, quality assurance of complex product features as part of a development team
- ta science projects involving machine learning and artificial intelligence : data identification, data extraction, data analysis, model training, model evaluation, integration with consuming application, prompt engineering, grounding, augmented generation
- Project management assignments ranging from roll-in, requirement management, scoping, sourcing, scheduling to quality management and deployment
WHAT YOU BRING
We are looking for a young professional that wants to work in the field of Enterprise Software and has an interest in Data Science or Software Engineering.
Upon joining our team, you help develop cutting-edge solutions based on process automation and artificial intelligence to enable customer success and drive the adoption of SAP’s products.
The ideal candidate is experienced in a few of the following topics and motivated to become proficient in the others : natural language processing, large language models, data modelling & visualization, graph network analysis & clustering, machine learning, python scripting, and cloud application programming.
You become a member of a team of experienced software engineers, data scientists, customer service experts, service offering owners as well as software product managers to research, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that address a wide range of customer service challenges.
Our department, the Premium Hub - Center of Expertise has a dual purpose : we envision and establish the tools that enable subject matter experts inside and outside SAP to jointly tackle the work associated with adopting our solutions and maximizing the customers’ outcome.
In parallel we are using our own tools to directly help selected customers, gathering first-hand insight about further innovation opportunities along the way.

Motivation and Soft Skills :
- Analytical, self-driven, and outcome-oriented team player with solid communication and presentation skills
- Curiosity about emerging topics, motivation to research new areas coupled with the ability for effective situation assessment, definition of a realistic action plan
- Interested of working in technical environment with a strong business context
- Proficient in Germanand English
Technical Skills :
- Knowledge of foundational subjects like cloud business, SaaS applications, web service integration and others
- Good understanding of machine learning / AI concepts and experience with technologies as data pipelines / preprocessing, Python ML frameworks (e.
g. pytorch, langchain, scikit-learn), Jenkins
- Practical experience with Node.js, Java or java script
- Knowledge of common modern object-oriented language expected
Education :
Bachelor / master’s degree in either IT / Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics / Engineering preferred or Business Economics
