As an IT technician (m / f / d) at Telekonnekt, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems in the healthcare sector. You will work closely with doctors, dentists, pharmacies, care facilities and other service providers to enable them to smoothly enter the telematics infrastructure.

Telekonnekt GmbH is a subsidiary of Research Industrial Systems Engineering (RISE) Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Großprojektberatung GmbH, the leading company in this sector in Austria.

Your tasks :

Installation and configuration of card terminals (e.g. Cherry ST-1506)
Installation and configuration of TI connectors
Setting up VPN connections and understanding network technology
Customer advice on technical matters
Installation and maintenance of TI software (e.g. KIM)
Troubleshooting and technical support
Training of users
Support for our data centers in Munich and Nuremberg

Your profile :

Completed training as a computer scientist, IT specialist or a comparable qualification, IT-savvy career changers are also welcome

Knowledge of IT administration or network technology, possibly also of the telematics infrastructure (TI)

Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems

Very good knowledge of TCP / IP networks

Good knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration

Knowledge of ProxMox and Linux an advantage

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Communication and presentation skills

Class B driving license (an advantage)

German spoken and written
