Ben jij een organisatorisch talent dat energie krijgt van het regelen van meetings en events? Dan hebben wij de uitdaging voor jou. Als Project Manager ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten en (interne) partners. Het zoeken naar de juiste locatie, onderhandelen over tarieven en voorwaarden, contracten afsluiten en budgetten beheren behoren tot de verantwoordelijkheden van deze rol. Daarnaast kun je bij sommige projecten ook verantwoordelijk zijn voor het registreren van deelnemers, het ontwikkelen van websites (op ons eigen platform), en incidenteel ga je mee on-site om te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt op locatie.

Wat ga je doen :

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning en uitvoering van meetings en events
• Je zoekt de meest geschikte hotels en locaties op basis van de wensen van de klant
• Je onderhandelt offertes van leveranciers voor de beste tarieven en voorwaarden
• Je bewaakt het budget en houdt grip op alle kosten
• Je stuurt leveranciers aan tijdens het gehele proces
• Je rapporteert in onze interne systemen op meeting informatie en budget
• Je neemt deel aan events die georganiseerd worden door onze partners
• Je initieert procesverbeteringen die aansluiten bij de strategie van het bedrijf
• Je gebruikt je creativiteit om het event voor de klant tot een succes te maken

Project Manager, Meeting Management

Full-time, (home) based in the Netherlands

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own client relationships and ideally have experience in organizing meetings and events. You should be comfortable guiding stakeholders, enjoy negotiating, contracting, and managing budgets. Additional responsibilities may include attendee registration, website development, program organization, onsite management, and reconciliation. Think you're a great fit for this role? Read on!
