Junior Marketing Manager - CRM (m / f / d)
Location : Munich, Germany;
Your responsibilities
- Creation of multi-channel campaigns via e-mail, mobile push notifications, in-app messages and on-site to maximize customer retention in line with business objectives and marketing strategy.
- Ensure leadership, planning, management, monitoring / analysis and continuous innovation of localized and personalized CRM programs by setting-up and implementing campaigns & journeys on local customer insights.
- Deep technical understanding that helps you find opportunities for automation and personalization.
- You will utilize a variety of contact channels including email, mobile push notifications, in-app messages and others.
- Work closely with our international business department to devise campaigns that resonate particularly well with specific target groups and personalized content.
- Possibility to come to the office once or twice a week.
Your qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Excel required.
- Excellent communication skills in English. German, French, Dutch, Italian or Swedish is a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills. Ability to build relationships and work in project teams, trust and influence with internal clients and other key stakeholders.
- Experience in CRM or related, e-commerce and the fashion industry is a plus.
- Experience in digital retention marketing & CRM and omnichannel reach out is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools like the Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
