We want you to :
- Devise a clear and deliverable Fleet & Used Car Strategy for GME to deliver the volume, profit and CX required to be leaders in luxury car sales
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as the Head of Sales Operations to devise a set of Europe Fleet guidelines with consideration for future market inclusion
- Monitor and analyse Fleet & Used car sales performance, taking corrective action plans when deviations occur and reporting results internally
- Ensure a robust and accurate weekly forecast
- Provide guidance and support to markets in enhancing their Fleet organization and processes, actively identifying needs and opportunities
- Influence markets by fostering a proactive and transparent approach in activities, including action plans and business planning
- Conduct in-depth market analysis per segment and model, and provide actionable insights
- Business Reviews : Collaborate with markets to analyse and report on NSCs' fleet sales programs and offering recommendations
- Collaborate with Hyundai Capital and White Label partners to coordinate Genesis Leasing sales programs
- Seamlessly manage business relations with pan-European customers, ensuring needs are met and effectively manage relationships with international non-captive Leasing companies
