We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist (Volunteer role) to join our team.

Leb Bunt e.V. is a German nonprofit organization that promotes intercultural togetherness and elderly care at the same time.

Tasks

  • Topic and editorial planning in collaboration with the team.
  • Topic research creation of social media posts and blog posts (mainly about our concept activities and publications as well as future topics).
  • Direct coordination with the team advising on content and trends.
  • Answering user queries on the social channels we use including necessary research as well as direct coordination with the project managers.

Requirements

  • Time commitment : Approximately 34 hours / week for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Very good communication skills as well as a good feel for social issues and an understanding of target groups.
  • Basic experience in social media community management or editorial work.
  • Cultural and social sensitivity as well as empathy.
  • Very good English skills both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of German.
