We're building a team of passionate Technical Program Managers to create and guide Release Management processes across our Engineering organization.

• You will implement and improve release processes for code through development, test, and production environments
• You will work with our engineering and product team members to ensure Databricks solutions are engineered for reliability, scalability, and security - all while keeping operations top of mind
• You'll guide the direction of cross-cloud programs, set engineering goals and launch programs at scale
• You'll be front and center of organizing controls, governance and standards across our infrastructure to achieve product stability and at least four nines of uptime
• You'll be reporting to a Technical Program Leader while working across multiple time-zones, seeing around corners to identify blockers, and ensuring needs are balanced against technical requirements
