StellenbeschreibungProficient technical skills in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of aeronautical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in aeronautical maintenance. Experience with specific types of aeronautic machinery or systems will be beneficial. Previous work experience in multi-disciplinary teams, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.

Job Responsibilities :
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aeronautic equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctioning components.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations during all maintenance procedures.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
- Conduct inspections and tests on aeronautic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects related to maintenance improvement.
- Help in training junior technicians and new hires on best practices and safety protocols.
