We offer a broad array of scanning system configurations that leverage low-, medium-, and high-energy X-ray technology—or multiple X-ray technologies—to address each customer's unique security application requirements.

Job Overview :   The Logistics Coordinator – Returns, Transport & Customs will support our day-to-day operations in terms of logistics and supply chain activities. The job involves ensuring the correct transportation, scheduling, and inventory management for service delivery schedules. Also, the role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of product returns, including inspections, RMA coordination, and repair supplier interactions.

Location : The role is based at Hofheim-Wallau | Germany

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations including transport scheduling, shipment tracking, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and manage transport bookings with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with international customs regulations and manage import / export documentation in collaboration with our partners.
• Coordinate Return Material Authorizations (RMA) with distributors, customers, and internal support teams.
• Coordinate return logistics with repair suppliers, ensuring timely processing and communication.
• Operation of warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Provide general support across all spare parts supply chain activities, including warehouse operations, transport coordination, and planning.
