Your mission

In your role as Teamlead Consulting (m / f / d) at myneva, you will be the key anchor driving the success of our projects. You will oversee our customer projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that our solutions are smoothly integrated and optimally utilized. Not only will you bear the technical responsibility, but you will also lead your team with foresight and support to achieve outstanding results together. Your mission is to provide long-term support for both new and existing clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their challenges.

What you'll do :

• Plan and lead new client implementation and expansion projects to ensure that customer requirements are fully met and that the implementation process runs smoothly.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation for existing clients to build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Solve customer inquiries by providing prompt and effective support to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the sales team through presentations and participation in sales events to convince potential customers and drive business growth.
• Experience in project management , ideally with leadership responsibilities.
• Fluency in German and English .
