Responsibilities :
Assisting the ServiceCenter Manager with all office and administrative tasks
Carrying out mail traffic in the SC
Supporting the SC manager with correspondence within the SC, the Group and with customers
Responsibility for office organization and the filing system
Flexitime officer
Preparation of repair quotations according to the SC manager's or AD's calculation
Taking over the entire order planning in SAP
Carrying out spare parts orders at the head office and from external companies via SAP
Taking over deadline tracking (for quotations, spare parts orders, external production and orders)
Invoicing and dispatch of outgoing invoices
Preliminary account assignment, checking and dispatch of incoming invoices, invoicing
Processing special tasks as instructed by the supervisor
Qualifications :
Completed commercial training
General IT knowledge
Software knowledge, especially of the programs SAP, MS-Windows and Excel
Driving license class "B
Willingness to work flexible hours
Basic knowledge of English
