In this adventurous role, the Chief MarketingOfficer will help us shape the course of a transformational journeyas we intensify our focus on omnichannel marketing for our (FMCG)Fast Moving Consumer Goods brands in the trading card game and roleplaying game industry.

We are looking for ahighly accomplished strategic thinker that lives and loves thecutting edge of growth marketing but also has the brand top ofmind. The CMO will be responsible for scaling our current channelsand platforms and generating new opportunities to grow thebusiness. The CMO must be able to identify compelling and impactfulstrategies that drive sales initiatives forward. This is anextremely important hire for us as this person will lead ourcompany-wide growth initiatives.

Your mainstrategic goals are to increase our B2C revenue through onlinechannels in the Trading Card Game (TCG) and or roleplaying gameindustry in a way that supports our offline sales and the strongrelationships we have with our distributors. Apart from impactingyour own team, you will also get a strong voice in our managementgroup of 5.

You will be responsiblefor :

  • Further developing andimplementing the company’s ambitious marketing strategy and own themarketing budget
  • Strengthen and furtherdevelop our strong brands and brand identities
  • Together with the rest of the management team set thedirection for our digital transformation
  • Drivetraffic across all channels and platforms to securerevenue
  • Develop marketing campaigns aimed atincreasing loyalty, customer retention and the lifetime value ofthe customer
  • Coordinate marketing efforts withthe company’s financial and branding goals
  • Responsible for defining, measuring, reviewing, andimproving the marketing metrics
  • Evolve andenhance our analytics and split-testing capabilities by usingcurrent tools and implementing new tools that will help identifycritical information used to drive business decisions
  • Work closely with especially our sales, digital andproduct development teams
  • Lead and motivatethe marketing team with a focus on continuously growing team skillsand efficiency

Required :

  • Ideally already know the industry, the worldof TCG (Trading Card Games) or roleplaying – alternatively, youwill have marketing leadership experience in toys, fashion, oranother sector with frequent product launches within the FMCGsector
  • Proven strategic omnichannelrelationship builder with strong management experience in theTrading Card Game industry
  • Bachelors’ degreein Marketing or related field, preferred MA in marketing, business,communications, or a related field
  • Haveseveral years of experience with both omnichannel marketing andpeople management in a an international, high-growth, multi-brandorganization
  • Know how to manage and expand astrong brand
  • Strategic mindset with an abilityto build a long-term vision with short-term executionplans
  • Experience in partnerships and alliancedevelopment
  • Negotiation and closing ofbusiness through partners.
  • Hold yourselfaccountable to quota / metrics
  • Strongorganizational skills
  • Client-centric attitude,and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to consult with executives to develop andimplement an effective partnership strategy that maximizes thevalue delivered by our company’s products and services
  • Well-developed team-building and coachingskills.
  • Compensation : $100,000 -$130,000
