YOUR MISSION

  • Handle day-to-day operational purchasing tasks
  • Support the implementation of global purchasing initiatives to meet organizational targets
  • Assist the commodity management team in developing and implementing commodity strategies at the assigned sites
  • Proactively build and manage long-term supplier relationships
  • Drive cost reduction and saving initiatives

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Experience in procurement and / or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favourable terms with suppliers
  • Ability to analyse data and drive cost-saving initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in both German and English
