Your responsibilities :

  • As Business Analyst at Parts Europe your main tasks will be the evaluation and analysisof existing business processes and the creation of documentations with process improvements.
  • You support our software developers with the implementation of new systems and with all processrelated questions regarding the internal usage of Business Central.
  • You monitor and analysethe respectiveprojects and provide early warnings if milestones or budgets are at risk.
  • Furthermore you also help to establish andupdate department processes and guidelines.
  • You are also responsible for training colleagues impacted by the implementation of new processes.

You bring along :

  • You have a degree ideally in business information systems or informatics or economics and could already collect at least two years of experience in a similar position.
  • Your strengths include good analytical skills as well as experience in the field of process mapping and business process reengineering (Scrum Master).
  • Furthermore you could already collect first experiences inthe realization of workshops the development of business requirements and possibly supply chain management.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken) is essential. Good command of Germanis considered as an asset.
  • Experienced professionalsfrom the fields of logistics customs and warehouse management are welcome.
