We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities :
- Compliance Management : Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the company’s compliance program to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Policy Development and Training : Develop, review, and update compliance-related policies and procedures. Conduct training sessions to ensure employees are informed and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Risk Assessment : Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks.
- Internal Audits : Plan and execute internal audits to monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend improvements.
- Regulatory Reporting : Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory authorities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure the organization’s policies and practices are in compliance.
- Advisory Role : Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to all departments on compliance-related matters.
Act as a liaison with external regulatory bodies and auditors.
- Investigations : Lead and manage investigations into compliance breaches or ethical concerns, ensuring thorough documentation and appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Documentation and Record Keeping : Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, including audits, investigations, and training sessions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and accessible.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Several years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Written and spoken German and English, fluency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
