Our software development team is at the forefront of innovation, and we are proud to create the groundbreaking project database that is the first certified barrier-free funding database in Germany, and our mission is to drive positive societal change.
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our web-based database application.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the further development, maintenance, and enhancement of this application.
You will collaborate with experienced developers, transforming professional and technical requirements into fully-fledged features.
Key Responsibilities :
- Continual development, maintenance, and enhancement of the existing web application.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced developers to implement professional and technical requirements.
- User-oriented front and backend development within an agile work environment.
Qualifications :
- Ideally, a completed degree in computer science or business informatics or equivalent.
- Strong practical experience in software development.
- Excellent knowledge of web-based business application development in the Java environment
- Previous experience with our technology stack.
- A user-centric, application-oriented mindset.
- Empathy and a willingness to address the needs of stakeholders.
- Independent, creative, and service-oriented work ethic.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
