Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for developing clients in Germany, building distribution networks, including agents, tier-2 key accounts, and OEM customers.
2. Accountable for managing market funds, devising product and pricing strategies.
3. Maintain market order, ensure partners' profitability.
Optimize distributor system based on existing channel architecture. Act as a channel stockist to guarantee channel inventory supply.
4. Formulate sales strategies based on company requirements, develop quarterly / annual targets and plans, improve marketing organization and management systems, allocate company resources reasonably, and ensure implementation of marketing strategies.
5. Manage regional sell-in and sell-out effectively to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasting.
Job Requirements :
1. Understanding of consumer product channel sales. Experience in 3C, home appliance, IoT industry channel sales is preferred.
2. Strong sales skills, able to conduct sales activities such as customer pre-booking, visits, and targeting key customers. Experience in exploring untapped markets and channel management is preferred.
3. Experience in sales forecasting, inventory management, end-sales price management, and key account store management is preferred.
