Tasks
- Recruiting : Post and manage job ads on platforms like JOIN and Upwork pre-screen candidates and manage communication to help us find top talent.
- Calendar and Travel Management : Proactively manage calendars and travel schedules for founders ensuring their time is optimized for high-impact activities.
- Meeting Leadership : Prepare meeting agenda presentation materials and follow up on action items to ensure all meetings are productive.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee internal documents and systems manage expense tracking and accounting preparation.
- Project Ownership : Take initiative and own a wide range of ad-hoc tasks from start to finish.
Requirements
Proven experience as Executive Assistant Recruiting Coordinator or similar role (preferably in startups or tech)Strong organizational skills and hands-on mentalityConfident with tools : Google Workspace Slack Dropbox Excel ZoomYou have a strong curiosity for and a solid understanding of tools that increase efficiency including GenAI tools like ChatGPTExcellent communication in English (German a plus)Proactive independent and trustworthyBenefits
