Your tasks and responsibilities :
- Strategic consulting and support for managers in relevant personnel management and employment law topics
- Guiding the business in regard to individual and collective personnel measures
- Development of strategic and operational HR processes
- Design, develop, support, and manage relevant strategic HR projects
- Strategic partnership with management regarding transformation and change processes
- Setting innovative impulses for the business in the collaboration with the other international HR teams to enhance efficiency and risk mitigation
- Functional management and guidance of HR Generalists
- Constructive cooperation and partnership with works council
Your skills and experience :
- Several years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in financial services industry
- Fluency in German and English
- Knowledge of German labour law beneficial
- Strong implementation and efficient execution skills
- Conceptual strength, solution-oriented hands-on mentality and confidence
- High commitment, strong initiative, and team spirit
- University degree in Human Resources or business or legal studies or another related field

The position initially is for 2 years fix-term contract.
