Tipico is looking for a Facilities Specialist (m / f / x) to join our team. Grow with us introduce us to new ideas and develop products that maximise the thrill of sports for our customers. Your playing field :

  • Oversee all aspects of office facilities including maintenance cleaning and supplies management ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
  • Develop implement and monitor procedures to maintain seamless operations while prioritising Health & Safety and Environmental compliance
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and upkeep across offices in line with company policies and industry best practices
  • Supervise Facilities Management activities ensuring adherence to local Health & Safety regulations ISO 14001 standards and other relevant guidelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors contractors landlords and employees regarding facilities and Health & Safety matters
  • Maintained accurate and comprehensive records of facilities operations including compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Health & Safety requirements
  • Collaborate with suppliers and landlords to coordinate repairs maintenance and regular Health & Safety inspections
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure functionality cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols
  • Identify and address maintenance issues promptly by coordinating with the maintenance team / landlord and external providers
  • Respond to emergencies including afterhours incidents to ensure swift and effective resolution of facilities and safety concerns.
  • Oversee security measures including access control surveillance and emergency response preparedness

Qualifications :

Which skills should you bring to the pitch :

  • Education.  A Degree or Diploma in facilities management property management Business Administration or a related field.
  • KnowHow. You have proven experience of 25 years in facilities management or a similar role
  • Skills. You have handson experience in technical topics.
  • HighQuality Standards. You are used to working in a healthy & safetyregulated environment following the ISO standards.
  • Qualifications.  Certification in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Language skills. You are fluent in English & German.
