Your Key Responsibilities :

Takeover overall responsibility for the entire Order-to-Cash process

Close cooperation with the business units, especially Finance and Sales, to optimize and further develop the Order-to-Cash processes and their strategy

Responsibility for requirement analysis, conception and coordination of IT solutions in the Order-to-Cash area

You create global transparency for the existing tool landscape in the Order-to-Cash process and support decisions, optimizations and digitization in this area.

Project management and coordination of IT projects in the Order-to-Cash area, including budget and resource planning

Supporting the departments in the digitization and automation of business processes

Ensuring system integration and security as well as continuous optimization of existing systems

Together with the SI IT partners from the project / solution and software business, you ensure end-to-end integration

You stay informed about the latest trends in software development and emerging technologies

Qualifications : What You Bring to the Table :

The basis is your master's degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification

In addition, you have professional experience (including in IT and sales) to support and optimize the Order-to-Cash process

You also have SAP knowledge with a focus on Order-to-Cash

The know-how to introduce and use CPQ solutions is also part of your profile

You have already gained experience with Salesforce and Zuora

You have experience in global rollout projects

You also have knowledge of common agile working methods

Personally, you impress with your strong customer, result and quality orientation as well as commitment and personal responsibility

In connection with this, you are characterized by your willingness to communicate, your team orientation and your negotiation-safe English skills.
