Duties & Responsibilities
- You accompany and support our international customers from order entry to invoicing in close cooperation with logistics and the order centre
- You will be in direct contact with customers by phone, digitally or in person
- You will support global sales and after-sales teams in developing our markets and achieving maximum customer satisfaction
- You will contribute to ensuring first-level support for our global user base and online shop
