Als Teil unseres - etwa 45 Personen umfassenden - Developer Productivity Teams, unterstützt du uns in diesem Bestreben. Du entwickelst mit uns Software Lösungen, die unsere Mitarbeitenden in ihrem Alltag und Arbeitsfluss unterstützen und sich darin integrieren.

Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

Mit deiner Begeisterung für das Thema Developer Productivity bringst du dich aktiv in unsere Themen ein, erkennst Hemmnisse im Entwicklungsprozess und findest dafür innovative und

ganzheitliche Lösungen.

Du entwickelst Backends und Plattformen mit modernen Tools und Sprachen.

Du verfolgst Trends und Technologieentwicklungen innerhalb deiner Domäne und bringst diese Impulse konstruktiv in deinem Arbeitsalltag ein.

Unsere Produkte betreiben wir in modernen Cloud Architekturen in private und public Clouds.

Du bist Teil eines professionellen Teams, das nach agilen Prinzipien agiert und sich konstant selbst challengt und weiterentwickelt.

Wie passt du in unser Team?

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik bzw.

Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine Ausbildung zum / zur Fachinformatiker*in erfolgreich beendet.

Du arbeitest problemorientiert und kannst offen und empathisch kommunizieren.

Du kennst Strategien und Werkzeuge im Bereich Developer

Productivity oder Developer Experience und kannst dich dafür begeistern.

Du hast tiefgehende Erfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Technologien : GoLang, Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), API-Protokolle, Container-Technologien (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm), SQL / NoSQL Datenbanken, Git.

Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microservice Architekturen, Application, Security, Continuous Integration und agilen Methoden wie vorzugsweise Scrum oder Extreme Programming.

Du bist offen für Neues und möchtest dich mit unserer Unterstützung stetig weiterentwickeln.

Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
