To strengthen our SIOP department within Kelvion, we are looking for a :

Working Student Data Analysis Sales, Inventory & Operational Planning (m / f / d)

We're looking for young talents who are in their master’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics or data analysis related field. Our promise : we'll give you comprehensive training for the right start into the working student job and support you every step of the way in our company.

Your tasks :

Data Collection and Cleaning :

Gather relevant data from various sources, including CRM systems, sales reports, and operational databases.

Cleanse and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Data Analysis and Insights :

Utilize statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools to uncover actionable insights.

Identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in sales performance, operational metrics, and customer behavior.

Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and optimize decision-making.

Reporting and Visualization :

Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Customize reports to meet the specific needs of different departments, from sales to operations.

Process Improvement :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Use data-driven insights to optimize sales and operational workflows.

Strategic Planning :

Support the development of strategic plans by providing data-driven scenarios and identified critical variables.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions.

Your qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, AI).

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent English language skills

Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and the MS Office suite
