IT Project Manager (f / m / x)

Your Role

ZEISS are seeking a passionate, dynamic IT Project Manager to join this exciting time for the organisation. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing IT activities of multiple SAP S / 4HANA deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities

plan, coordinate and supervise IT activities of multiple SAP S / 4HANA deployment projects within one hub

manage scope, schedule and budget for IT-related activities in deployment projects and monitor (technical) project deliverables

plan and ensure IT resource availability and coordinate & supervise the work of the highly motivated project teams and collaborate with different stakeholders across locations

align with global factory coordinators, organize and coordinate data migration, testing & cutover for associated deployment projects

identify, escalate / mitigate and resolve IT-related issues and risks associated with the deployment projects

prepare project reporting on progress, milestone status, issues and meeting time, budget and content targets, carrying out reporting and information management and preparing cost / benefit analyses and forecasts

manage communication with project stakeholders on IT-related activities

Your Profile

bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

3-5 years of relevant professional experience with reference in IT Project Management, with responsibility in planning, management, implementation, and successful transition to operations

proven ability to lead teams of technical project resources

ability to create and / or review configuration and technical specifications

relevant certifications, e.g., SAP certifications, PMP, SCRUM etc.

a high degree of initiative, excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills

ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams

business fluent in English

willingness to travel
