What are myresponsibilities?

  • Determininginternal audit scope and develop risk-based annual auditplans
  • Analyze internal policies, rules andprocesses in the organization, including risk management andinternal control system in regard to operations effectiveness,financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directivesand regulations
  • Obtain, analyze and evaluateprocess documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc. and proposeimprovements to gain efficiency
  • Identifyloopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and costsavings
  • Regular financial review of smallersubsidiaries
  • Prepare and present an annualaudit plan as well as internal audit reports to the AuditCommittee
  • Act as an objective source ofindependent advice to ensure validity, legality andachievement
  • Conduct follow-up audits to monitormanagement’s interventions
  • Organize teams(including internal and external resources) for onsite audits onspecial tasks
  • Collaboration with CorporateFinance, e.g. internal control system, riskreport
  • Support Corporate Compliance inwhistleblower case investigations
  • Assistance inGroup projects

What doI need to qualify for thisjob?

  • Master inEconomics, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditoror similar and strong background in Financialmanagement
  • Proven working experience asInternal Auditor or Senior Auditor(Consulting)
  • Several years of experienceworking in producing industry (ideally with technicalproducts)
  • International experiences in similarfunctions
  • Excellent ability to recognizefundamental and business contexts
  • Ability toquickly grasp situations / problems, gain an overview and suggestsolutions
  • Basic knowledge of accountingaccording to IFRS
  • Good analytical and logicalthinking skills and a pragmatic way ofworking
  • Ability to convince andassertiveness
  • Skills in strategic projectmanagement and strong entrepreneurialthinking
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI / CO and MSOffice products, knowledge of CCH Tagetik is anadvantage
  • Independent way of working,assertiveness, flexibility, resilience
  • Verygood oral and written knowledge of German and English, otherforeign languages are an asset
  • Goodcommunication, presentation and teamwork skills at all hierarchicallevels
  • Proven acumen of working with GroupManagement and Board of Directors
  • Willingnessand initiative to continuously educate oneself in order to stay upto date regarding rules, regulations, best practices, tools,techniques and performance standards
  • Likes towork in multi-dimensional structures (regional organization andglobal product and technology as well as Sales & Serviceorganization)
