We have been awarded a scope of work for an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the execution of a major project for our international engineering client. Our client is at the forefront of Germany’s energy transition, leading critical infrastructure developments that require skilled construction professionals to drive project success.

This role is ideal for a Construction Supervisor with hands-on project experience and a strong background in civil works. You will work closely with onsite construction teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) standards and project specifications.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and manage risk assessments to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to address technical challenges.
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, method statements, and quality control records.
