We are currently looking to recruit a :
Credit control Assistant (M / F) - One year - Internship / Fixed term contract
Your main responsibilities :
Clients & Cash Collection
- Daily administrative tasks including correspondence, editing, scanning, filing various documents, updating tables
- Assistance to ensure accurate & timely process of the invoicing and reminders (check of the accuracy of the invoices, preparation of invoices, sending)
- Assistance to the Finance Manager regarding the billing (reminders process, overdue payment)
- Regular clients contact by phone or email
Accounting
Assistance regarding bookkeeping entriesAssistance regarding day-to-day operationsWork under direction of the Finance Manager and Chief Financial OfficerYour profile :
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree with accounting / administrative backgroundYou have excellent written and oral languages skills in French and EnglishYou know how to prioritize tasksYou have the ability to multi-task and set prioritiesYou are able to communicate with clients in a professional and efficient mannerYou are self-motivated and display high level of attention to detailYou are comfortable delivering work within assigned deadlinesYou are organized and work in an efficient manner, with a highly proactive approach to workYou have good command of MS OfficeBasic knowledge and / or accounting background would be appreciatedInterested candidates should send their curriculum vitae and a motivation letter via Moovijob.com.
