Key Account Manager

Summary :
Drive sales to achieve strong price performance and optimum return in German market, while maintaining a high focus on customer service and assuring a positive environment within the RMT Sales team, a cooperative approach within the team and alignment with Mowi culture and Code of Conduct.
Your Responsibilities :
- Drive and follow the sales strategy of the products from different origins into German market, focused on price achievement, assuring the best margin over time and excellence in customer service,
- Plan and coordinate with Europe production countries, Norway, Scotland, Ireland and Faroe Islands in order to assure a stable supply of finished products to fulfill contracts / spot sales and take advantage of the market potential to secure the growth of the business,
- Prepare and propose sales projections and budget in terms of volumes and prices per customer,
- Work on prospecting new customers and have a pipeline to grow the business,
- Prepare sales reports, data analysis and KPI’s to follow up and secure price performance per customer,
- Continually learning about product from each origin, markets and customers in order to realize your full potential and identify business opportunities,
- Work with AR to assure credit limits are set within our Company definitions / policy. Manage customer claims to minimize financial impact for Mowi, while maintaining a good service level,
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, economic changes or changes in the industry that may affect customer performance and operational efficiency.
Our Requirements :
- Experience within the Seafood industry, FMCG, or Commodity sales,
- Studies in Sales, Business Administration or related field,
- Strong communication skills, both internal and external, with negotiation, and analytical abilities,
- High work ethi, values, and a results-oriented mindset,
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and solve problems with attention to detail,
- Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and market,
- Familiarity with salmon farming industry and seafood product is a definite asset,
- Proficient in computer skills,
- To be fluent in English.
