Your tasks
- Your main task is product support for our Business Integration Suite. This includes, among other things, the recording and classification of support cases.
- You solve support cases independently via remote maintenance or together with the 3rd level support.
- You do not only fix errors, but also improve the operation of the SEEBURGER solutions together with the customer through appropriate problem management.
- For our premium customers, you will take on the role of Designated Support Engineer and ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction through close cooperation with the customer.
- In addition to classic product support, you will assist the support team with software updates, system analyses and projects in the service environment.
Your profile
- You have good basic IT knowledge (network, operating system, ERP user knowledge).
- You have a solid educational background, e.g. a degree in information technology from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a degree in business information technology or comparable qualifications.
- Knowledge of IT administration, system or application support
- Ideally, you are familiar with the EDI B2B, MFT, EAI and API environment and are familiar with communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers and databases.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
