Usability Engineer
ROLE : Usability Engineer
LOCATION : Boblingen, Germany
SALARY : €60-€70K
DURATION : 1 Year Fixed-Term
Job Description :
- To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design Research or related discipline, or equivalent professional training experience
- Experience with Usability standards and guidelines such as IEC , FDA Guidance for Human-Factors and HE75
- Experience with human-centered design methods, such as focus groups, interviews, contextual inquiries, usability evaluation, documentation, and reporting
- Demonstrable usability experience from relevant companies, agencies, institutions, or own consultancy
- Independently working on project activities with a good understanding of budget and time constraints, driving efficiency, and facilitating design quality reviews
- Working together with or consulting business stakeholders, actively managing relationships, challenging the status quo to drive innovation, and stepping up for the user
- Fluency in English
